We've enjoyed Fall in Alabama. Here are some pictures from Fall.

We got Andrew's school pictures back! We were excited to see how they turned out because he doesn't always like his picture taken.

He continues to love school and is doing great! They have a behavior chart and if you don't listen to the teacher your bee gets moved from the hive with other consequences. Andrew always comes home from school and says, "My bee never moves, Mom." He also is learning how to write his name! We are so proud.

We instituted a similar behavior chart method at home, inspired by Andrew's school and it sometimes works. If the kids behave well we can have a family movie night that week. Here is a picture of us enjoying family movie night.

The bunk beds have also been a good and bad experience... they keep each other up sometimes but we also have moments like this where they play great together.

On the back porch they re-imagined their play slide into a bus when Daddy couldn't find the screws to put it together the right way.

We haven't had too much fall weather, it continues to feel very warm here!

We like to ride bikes as an after dinner activity. The kids love to ride around our neighborhood and make pit stops at the various playgrounds around our house.

Sylvia inherited Andrew's Spider Man vehicle when he upgraded to his yellow bike.

The Spider Man vehicle went too slow to keep up with the rest of us though, and soon we had ordered Sylvia her very own pink bike, complete with a pushing/steering handle and Minnie Mouse helmet.

One day Sylvia wanted to go on a long bike ride, so I decided to take her to Andrew's school which is just under a mile away. We took a few breaks along the way to play, here she is running through the toadstools at a nearby park.

We made it! Sylvia did such a good job pedaling, with plenty of help from daddy, of course.

Andrew wasn't to be out done by his little sister, so once Tyler and Sylvia got back, Andrew saddled up and made the trek too. It was a lot of hard work for our little kiddos, but they did a great job and had a lot of fun.

Fort Rucker had an Oktoberfest party the end of September. Tyler took the kids and they had a grand time!

Andrew and Sylvia were a little timid at first, but then they went CRAZY jumping on all of the bouncy houses they had to play on.

One was a bouncy obstacle course. The kids had to climb up, slide down, crawl over and through obstacles. They would run through it, hop off, and run back to the beginning as fast as they could.

They did not want to stop playing!

Other bouncy houses just had a room to jump in, and a big slide to slide down. A little less adventurous than the obstacle course, but still tons of fun!

It was very hot outside so we took a little break. We got some Root Beer floats and colored some pictures in the shade. Well, it was supposed to be shade, but due to the angle of the setting sun it wasn't very shade.

A favorite past time of ours is to visit the helicopter museum on post. They have airplanes on display outside the museum as well.

Sylvia has been growing so much! She is very tall.

A sweet moment together. They have been arguing and picking on each other more but there are moments where they are so sweet to each other.

The kids hanging out with Mommy while Andrew is at school and Daddy is at work! Mommy has started walking group and walks two miles every Monday and Wednesday. She moby wraps one baby and has Sylvia sit in the front of the double stroller.

The playground right behind our house has been a great place for the kids to play, especially when some neighbor kids come out to play too! Mommy can watch and listen to them from the house because it's so close.

Getting ready for school one morning. We have a good routine down now- Daddy drops Andrew off to school and Mommy, Sylvia, and the kids pick Andrew up at the bus stop.

Sylvia was playing by herself one morning in a stuffed animal nest in the guest bedroom. It looked cozy.

One Saturday we went out to brunch at The Diner. Melody slept in her car seat the whole time and Christian was good too.

It was nice to go out as a family! We got a lot of stares but also many compliments on our cute kids.

Sylvia got some much needed one on one time with Daddy at a park one morning when he didn't need to go in until a little later.

The kids like playing house. Andrew is the daddy and Sylvia is the mommy and their stuffed animals are sometimes the babies. They made a bed in the entry to the living room.
