We were fortunate enough to have both sets of grandparents come to visit in Alabama the weekend we blessed the twins. Grandma and Granddad Carson were able to stay a little longer and arrived on Thursday. We went out to eat together in Dothan at Cheddar's their first night. The babies were perfect angels and slept almost the whole time. Christian woke up in time for Grandma snuggles.
But he didn't miss out on Granddad snuggles!
There were lots of snuggles for the babies to go around! And a lot of helping hands for feeding babies. It was wonderful to have so much help! Mommy even took advantage of it and went to a hair salon for a few hours to get her hair done. Thanks Grandma and Granddad!
The big kids also got lots of attention from their grandparents. It was the start of a great weekend.
We visited the helicopter museum, here Sylvia is running full speed ahead.
The kids were able to show Grandma and Granddad their favorite exhibit at the museum- a Chinook you can climb in.

Tyler blessed the babies Sunday morning at church and it was a beautiful moment we were happy to share with our parents and ward family.

It was a rainy day but we didn't let it rain on our parade. It was an awesome day!
Our Sunday linner (lunch/dinner) of curry chicken salad sandwiches. It's nice to fill our dining room table when family comes to visit. When we have empty chairs at the table the kids always as who is missing.

and rode their bikes around the block! They were proud to show their grandparents their bike riding skills.
