Extra Fall

Here we have pictures from El Paso Fall 2018.

We love visiting the library.  The closest library to our house is no open yet because of renovations but in the meantime going downtown is a fun treat.  We liked their fall decorations.

They have cool window murals too!

Mommy is reading to the kids while the babies play and explore.

Melody seems to enjoy story time at the library. 

Andrew is being silly with Christian's hat and Sylvia liked the dragon on the wall because it reminded her of dragon stories.  Their dragon's name is Mishmosh.

Sylvia has made a best friend named Brooklyn.  Her grandma is our neighbor across the street and she watches her sometimes.  This day Brooklyn came over to play with Sylvia.

The big kids went with Daddy to run some errands one day.  They sure are goofy.

They twins have begun to love playgrounds!  Especially swinging.

Melody is so sweet when she wakes up from her nap.

Mommy tried out rag curlers in Sylvia's hair one night and it curled her hair right up.

We have started calling Melody, Me-me for short.

The big kids were waiting for Daddy on the front stoop.  Our front door is unique to us but common in the area, the glass panel opens so it's just the iron framework.  It is kind of like a jail door.

This is the waiting area outside before someone was about to get shots.  They have a fun drawing wall and I thought their characters they drew were hilarious.

Melody is feeling more confidant with her walking!!  She was a couple months behind Christian but she is doing great!

We get comments everywhere we go on Christian's blue eyes and how different these twins look from each other.

An exciting development- Andrew got glasses!  His pediatrician and teacher had noticed his vision probably needed some help.  Andrew picked out these frames and we think he looks too cute!

Sylvia is matching her favorite animal.

Hanging out by our shed.  I may or may not get around to making a post about it but Tyler build shelves in our storage shed to organize our boxes better out here.

What a little princess.

A great thing about living in the southwest is a mild fall climate.  The kids can even play in the water.

Trying to get a picture of the twins together is difficult at this age.  They are moving so much!

Beautiful weather outside.

We love our neighbors the Lewis family.  They have four girls and one night we had them over to make everyone's own personal pizzas.

Then they all played together!  It was so fun and we love spending time with them.

Shopping one Saturday at the Citadel Mall.  The kids were more interested in the vehicle quarter rides.

Melody likes to make this face sometimes when she is flustered or just wants to be silly.

Sylvia helped me make a creative pie.  We rolled and filled the dough like cinnamon rolls then cut it into very thin slices and pressed it to make the crust of the apple pie.

It was for a Fall Baking Contest FRG event Rachel organized.  Here Tyler's bosses came to be the guest judges.  The first place prize was a day off of work!  The event was a great success.
